「We went to Bali to celebrate wedding anniversary. Surprised to receive a free room upgrade! Everything in the hotel is great, with lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely recommend others to stay if they visit Ubud」

「Amazing staff. So helpful. Great ammenities. Generous food for breakfast and afternoon tea. Convenient location.」

「I had a lovely stay at Sabana Ubud. The property is well kept, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. As a solo female traveller, I’d happily recommend it to others travelling on their own. The food was good, with a varied menu offering something to suit different tastes.」

「My stay at Purana Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the people were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The property itself was immaculate. 「This is a great find! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Owner Waylan is great and the property is a hidden gem. No street noise and you can walk everywhere from the hotel.」

「Loved the room. Fantastic hospitality and friendly atmosphere. They were able to provide transport from the airport late at night which really helped us out. We felt like we experienced UBUd in a very special way. Thank you !!! 」

「The room is clean and very tidy. The front desk staff is very helpful. I come to Bali for an educational event for 12 days and the front desk has arranged me the taxi service to drop off and pick up from the event. Even sometime the driver has to pick me up from the event at 1:00 am in the morning. There is no need for me to worry for the pick up due to the heavy rain. The service of the hotel is excellent. I am given discounts from the taxi service, free laundry service, massage and a snark...

From the moment you arrive, the stunning grounds captivatingly blend tropical tranquility with convenience, featuring a breathtaking infinity pool surrounded by sprawling palm trees. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptionally warm and sincere customer service. The staff make you feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. The rooms offer a wonderful, authentic traditional feel while maintaining all the...
