Very pleasant stay.

Nice place, clean, and with ac in every room. Parking in the garage is difficult if you have a bigger car. Tight turns. Would recommend.

Comfortable, new apartment

The apartment was clean, well equipped and well located for access to restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. The beach was a 15 minute walk or a short drive away. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Only criticism was the pool was a disappointment as to access it you had to go out of the front of the apartment and walk along the street before entering the pool area around the back of the building. Also there was no landscaping or chairs around the pool so it was not a very welcoming area. Also, beware of the current interpretation of 'bathroom'. With this property two bathrooms actually means 1 shower room and one cloakroom so rather than the 2 showers we were expecting we were all queuing for one! This is definitely not unique to this property or site so not so much a criticism of the property but a general warning.

Clean, spacious apartment

Had a good stay here, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go eg the beach, shops, restaurants. Teens enjoyed using the pool most days. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is equipped for cooking in the apartment and there are also good restaurants within walking distance. Some minor things that could be improved: Pictures on walls to make it more homely, mirrors in bedrooms (not easy sharing one bathroom and mirror with teenage daughters!) and more information provided in the guest folder - eg we discovered too late that there is a butchers in Ferrel and that you can access a quieter, nice part of the beach from the cliff top opposite the apartment and don't have to walk all the way down the road to Baleal. Also fantastic views and sunsets from here. Overall a great holiday though, we loved the area, fantastic beaches and waves, fab surf, laidback atmosphere and lots of live music.
