Apartment on the Costa Azahar

The approximately 45 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of the staggered row of houses with two apartments each and offers a wonderful distant view of the sea from the balcony. Sleeps for 4 people are available. Living-dining room with kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and armchair, satellite TV, air conditioning heater, radiator, microwave oven, washing machine. Bathroom with tub. Bedroom with double bed, built-in closet and chest of drawers.
The Urb. Font Nova / Font Sol is about 4 km from the center of Peniscola. During high season June 15th-15th 09. the communal swimming pool with children's pool and the on-site tennis court can be used. Own parking lot is available. The bakery and supermarket are open in high season and are within walking distance. The holiday apartment is also a good starting point for excursions to the nearby Sierra de Irta, one of the last unspoilt areas of the Region of Valencia

Vue magnifique sur la mer

Appartement assez grand pour deux, la climatisation est indispensable dans cette région pour passer de bonne nuits. La literie ne convient pas pour des personnes de cinquante ans et plus. Les voisins étaient bruyants et le logement mal insonorisé, nous entendions l’eau couler chez les voisins, le réveil qui sonnait à 8h20 chez un voisin. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas par moment, elle ne soufflait que de l’air mais non refroidie. La piscine était de bonne dimension, assez grande mais au bout de quatre jours les guêpes étaient très présentes au dessus de l’eau et au bord de la piscine. Le propriétaire a été prévenu de tout ces désagréments un jour avant de partir et me l’a reproché et mettait ma parole en doute.

Séjour agréable en famille

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le temps était agréable, soleil et vent. Très jolie vue de la terrasse. Nous avons juste regretté le fait d’avoir à payer l’électricité en plus, nous ne l’avions pas vu car cela est précisé seulement lorsque l’on clique sur les conditions et non dans la description. Cela met un peu de tension sur notre séjour car c’est un budget en plus que nous n’avions pas prévu, heureusement il n’a pas fait trop chaud donc nous n’avons quasiment pas utilisé la clim. Propriétaire réactif lorsqu’il a fallu réparer la Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas mais un peu trop insistant sur le fait de ne pas trop l’utiliser pour l’environnement, dans ce cas on ne loue pas un appartement avec climatisation. Le coin est sympa, la piscine et l’espace autour avec l’herbe est agréable. La ville de peniscola est agréable, vivante et ses plages sont très bien, pas de difficulté pour se garer mais places payantes.

Muchas masx.lejos que dos knts del centro lás camas no eran tale sino dos sofás transformados en cama un frigorífico de caravana sin congelador y una telvision estupenda pero únicamente con canales alemanes y franceses.wn resumen NO LO RECOMIENDO EN GENERAS ,PERO EN TODO CASO NO A ESPAÑOLOES

Très bon séjour

Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. Tout le nécessaire à disposition (seul point négatif : réfrigérateur tout petit sans congélateur). Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais super paysage et environnement calme et reposant. Piscine au top. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

Puente de octubre en Peñiscola

La estancia ha sido buena y hemos disfrutado muchísimo de ella. La casa es muy acogedora y perfecta par 3 personas. Está en una ubicación estupenda y las vistas montaña-playa son increíbles. Nos recibió una amiga de Ersnt muy simpática, el único inconveniente que tuvimos es que no hablaba nada de español. No obstante ella nos explicó en detalle todo lo necesario sobre la casa. La casa está totalmente habilitada, el único problema que hemos tenido es que el grifo de la cocina goteaba continuamente y no hemos podido ver la TV ya que tanto esta como sus instrucciones y las del resto de electrodomésticos estaban en alemán. Además, en la app indicaba que contaba con batidora y a nuestra llegada vimos que no era así. Detalles a parte, el resto de la estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria y hemos estado muy a gusto. Repetiríamos!

Muy positiva experiencia. Limpio, cuidado, coqueto y con todas las facilidades. Un poco alejado del centro de Peñíscola pero lo compensaba con unas excelentes vistas a mar, montaña y buena urbanización.
