「Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. 」

「Stayed here 2 nights. The chef Elvis outdoes himself with Michelen star quality meals. The Crab Salad and Pork Rigatone were faultless. Best meals I have eaten in Europe. Friendly bar staff and spacious room with first class bathroom. Mattress needs replacing though.」

「We stayed for 2 nights in a family room, our room was small for 4 people but had everything we needed. The sofa bed wasnt the best, however we asked for a 2nd duvet to put ontop of the mattress and they were bmvery obliging and helpful. The staff are very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean. The kids loved the sweets left for them. The filter coffee in the room was a really nice touch. We ate in the restaurant the 1st evening and the food was very nice and...

「Very comfortable room. The first night a little warm but after turning the heating down better the 2nd. Very good water pressure in the shower and good toiletries (white company) Ate both nights of our stay and the food was very good. Staff where very good through out the hotel but it was a little frustrating when our dessert arrived without any cutlery and it took 5 mins before they noticed. Good location for Chatsworth and other local attractions. Would stay here again.」

「It was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located for exploring the area. Comfortable beds, everything one needed in the kitchen, big bathroom and large dining/sitting room. Wasn't keen on open plan bedrooms upstairs, where one could see and hear everything that was said and done in the other bedroom.」
