「I understand that the host cannot control the weather, and thus he cannot make the temperature outside be above freezing. However, the day I arrived the AC was on and the unit was well below comfortable levels. I could see my breath inside the unit. I was able to change it to heat but it never warmed to comfortable level on the first 24 hrs I was in the unit. 「The property was exactly as pictured and perfect location. We was 2 blocks from downtown Pensacola where they had a venue of different people with item’s for sale in the middle of town. Very easy access to what ever you want to do. Beach was 15 minute drive, Interstate was very close to property to go anywhere you want.
