The property manager was professional, attentive & always with a quick response/reply. The amenities were exactly as described & met my families’ needs. This property was perfect for hosting all of our families’ Thanksgiving meals together including our Meet & Greet, our Thanksgiving Day dinner & our Until We Gather Again final gathering for the 4 night/5 day event.

Amazing stay!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The layout of the house was perfect for our needs- plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of large spaces for us to all gather. Location to the beach was perfect, was just far enough from the action for rest and relaxation but close enough for a nice walk into town for restaurants and shopping. We will be staying here again!

Great location and house for a weekend with extended family

Great house for a lot of little kids. Walk to the beach is easy. There’s plenty of room for everyone to sleep and run around at the house. The pool would have been great for kids, too, but we were told the pool heater was broken the day we arrived. That was a little disappointing since we were there in November and picked a property with a heated pool. The door to the back deck was also broken and unusable—which meant we could only access the front porch. But overall a great house and fully-stocked kitchen!

Awesome place for a large group!

We had a wonderful time at this location! Took one star off, because the floors looked clean, but turned our feet/socks gray with dirt. But still a 5 star stay overall! We had a wonderful time, communication was wonderful, and we would book again in a heartbeat!

Great Spot for large groups

We had 14 guys in for a 4-day weekend of golf. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. There are 3 refrigerators in the house, plenty of bathrooms, and an elevator to help get the bigger items to the main floors. We bounce around each year but will definitely check for this home if our golf group finds another trip to Pensacola down the line.

Perfect family get together place!

We had a family group of 23 here in May 2023. Great spot, well laid out house for large groups, attentive staff, new furniture and well equipped kitchen. The pool is perfect for small children with a larger shallow end. The house now has houses next to it on either side and across the street unlike what the photos show but you still definitely can see the ocean from the porches. We would love to come back here sometime!!

Spring Break 2023

10 Moms and 9 teens, young adults for Spring Break. Perfect house for large group! Plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. Amazing kitchen. Pool was great. Beds are very comfortable, lots of pillows! We loved renting the golf cart, we just didn’t use it as much as we should have-but that was our fault! Easy, fast access to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking-we had three full size trucks and three cars, and still had room. Great communication with rental company via text, answered quickly. Only suggestion is to grab ice on your way in, unless you want to have to go right back out to get it! The ice makers can’t keep up with a big group. There was none there when we got there, not a big deal, just a very minor inconvenience.

Best Vacation Home ever!

My Husband and I along with my 5 siblings and their spouses which included my disabled brother in a wheel chair as well as our 86 year old Dad...we had an absolute blast...it was the perfect gathering place. It was perfect for games, singing, dancing, cooking, baking, pool time, beach time and privacy when needed. We had a blast...we'd come back again and again. The company accommodated us in every way possible...quickly answered tons of questions, early check in and superb communication. Definitely an experience for our family's history books. Thank you & Thank you!!

Good House needing furniture update

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house. Mattresses need to be replaced. Upstairs bedrooms get hot if doors are closed for privacy. Living room chairs are comfy but could use a deep cleaning. The sofa should be replaced. Kitchen was good sized and came equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool.

Spacious and pleasant!

I took my whole family on a vacation here, and we all had a great time! The pool was great, and the elevator was really helpful for getting our luggage in and out. Couldn't be a better location.

Pensacola Beach getaway for family and friends

This property was perfect for the 8 couples that came together for our son's UWF graduation. With 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, it was perfect for togetherness, but privacy when desired. There are 4 outdoor balconies (2 front, 2 back though the back balconies aren't furnished currently); there's the pool and pool deck. On the first floor there's a square table that seats 12 and had space to squeeze in 3 extra chairs when needed. The 3 refrigerators (1 upstairs and one in laundry room) and 3 ovens and huge island accommodate all sorts of group cooking. We didn't even use the 2nd floor kitchenette (except its fridge). Upstairs 2 of the 4 bathrooms are not attached directly to a bedroom, so this alleviated concerns we had that some guests might have hassles to access a bathroom. The property management company was very responsive to all questions and needs. The beach is just across the street and the water is visible from multiple areas off the front of the house (these 2 balconies span the front of the house and both are furnished). The bright blue color of the water can't be beat! The only possible negative to the house is the fact that another home is being built on one side of it. It appears to be about half-way done at this point (roof trusses put on while we were visiting), so that won't be an issue for too long. The house has good soundproofing, and construction during the weekdays wasn't a problem from inside. (Not a problem outside either but audible.)

Perfect House for a Family Getaway

From start to finish the management company was on top of every question I had. Very easy to communicate with. We traveled from California for a family get together and what a great time we had. The kids loved the heated pool. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Great view of the Gulf. Next year we will be back in the Summer to enjoy the Gulf and Beaches. I would highly recommend this property. Loved It.

Beach Elite

House itself was absolutely AMAZING! Heater on pool was broken and grill was dirty and rusty and not useable. On Tuesday there was a gas line leak and we didn't have hot water almost all day Tuesday or by Wednesday when we were checking out. I know that wasn't owners fault but very frustrating when we were paying a lot for this property. There is a large house that has been built across the street that does block some of the ocean view and that isn't shown in on line pictures. Still a pretty view though from second floor.

Great for a large group

Very spacious and roomy for all. We were supposed to be 16 adults and 2 toddlers but we were 14. Accommodated us very well. Kitchen is roomy and equipped with great appliances, however lacking in cooking vessels and good knives. Being across from the beach was not a problem.

Home is very nice and well equipped. Beach is located across the street and is awesome. We had some issues trying to heat the pool, but it worked out. Would suggest that the pics that showed a view of the beach get updated.... there are now very large homes constructed directly across the street and block the views. So, that was the only disappointment for us. All in all, a great vacation home for a large group!

Family and wedding

We rented this house for my son's wedding so bride and grooms family would have somewhere to stay while attending the wedding. It was perfect! It had everything we needed and the beach was right there for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was fabulous. We cooked and fed twenty plus people for three days without tripping over each other. The pool and back yard was refreshing and relaxing at the end of long days. I would definitely recommend this house for any large family for vacations or reunions.
