This is a beautiful location with beach access just across the street. We were so happy with the wildlife on the bay that is directly behind this unit. We fished in the afternoons and saw blue crabs, tons of hermit crabs, fish, birds, and a small sting ray right from the shore and up close. My 6 year-old and 12 year-old grandchildren were so excited, they enjoyed this area as much as our beach outings, as they combed the shore for shells and spotted crabs and fish. The unit is clean, very roomy and had everything we needed. The AC gets a stamp of approval too, nice and cool. The only thing to be aware of is that the unit only has one TV and it is located in the family room. We would have enjoyed being able to sequester the kids in a different room to watch their cartoons while we enjoyed a non-kid move. Other than that, it was perfect. We made so many fun memories here.
