Come and enjoy "Sunset"! This bright, beautiful, and stunning oceanfront condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($300 value - FREE to Suncoaster Properties guests).

Covered garage parking with assigned space.

This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high speed internet throughout.

Bedrooms: The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 7 people. It has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top. There is a full bath /shower in the hallway for easy guest access.

Kitchen and dining: The wide open kitchen has beautiful upgraded stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach. The dining table seats 6 in comfort while providing direct views across the balcony and over the island, Enjoy a spectacular show every sunset while dining from your private condo retreat.

Balcony: Enjoy your morning coffee watching dolphins frolic in the surf from your private balcony over the Gulf of Mexico or your evening cocktail while watching the sun set from the very best location on all of Pensacola Beach. Just another day in Paradise!

What a great place to stay, with an amazing view! The condo was exactly as described. In a great location and very clean. Gated entry with dedicated indoor parking was nice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location! Peg Leg Pete’s directly across the street was phenomenal! Best oysters we had the entire trip! Easy access to beach! The company to set up the chairs and umbrella was easy to deal with. Parking is right at the door to lobby with elevators. Easy check in and check out! The condo itself was great and spacious. We had 4 adults and a toddler and it was comfortable. The furniture pictured however is not correct. My husband is a tall man (6’5”) and he was looking forward to the sectional that was pictured. However, there is a sofa and two swivel chairs and sit low. He piled the accent pillows up to sit on. Suggest updated pictures! Kitchen is decently equipped with necessities, even a crockpot! However, the dishwasher, had mold on the inside. We ran a cycle without dishes and it helped. However, the heat dry option did not work properly. Linens, towels exceptionally clean. A basket of beach towels provided which is a nice addition.Construction was in process during our stay, so extremely loud during the day! But understand we visited during the off season.Fishing in the area is phenomenal, per my husband! He had a great time surf fishing, and bridge fishing. Condo within walking distance to pier! Would recommend!

The condo is beautiful with amazing views! It was so nice to walk right out onto the beach! The pool and hot tub were also very nice and we used them every day! The check-in and check-out process was easy as could be! We will definitely be back!

The condo complex definitely needs updates. The elevators were down off and on the entire time we were there. One elevator was completely down. Imagine having to handle that staying on the seventh floor. We had someone from our party get stuck on the elevator at one point during the weekend. I do not recommend this condo complex at all.

Great place! But beach chairs…

We had a lovely stay in Pensacola! However, we quickly learned there was a limit of chairs and umbrellas that were included in the rental, and it wasn’t in the online listing for the condo. We had 6 people and only 2 chairs and 1 umbrella was included. Unfortunately we had to pay for everything over that. Would love to see that information up front to avoid unnecessary surprises.

Weekend stay for wedding

The condo was nice and the balcony was great. You can see the gulf and the bay. The only thing is the kitchen is small. If you don’t plan on cooking you will be good. We really enjoyed the stay and it was just what we needed for our group of 5.

So the pictures did not properly represent the condo. Although comfy/cozy, pics showed a totally different living area/dining area than what was there. The kitchen was VERY tiny, 1 at a time. The dishwasher had some serious black mold throughout, so we hand washed everything. If you are a smoker, I would not recommend this property. The views are amazing.

My daughter got married here I pensicola and it was the perfect spot to get to the place she was married and to the beach it also had a pool and a hot tub for us older folks. They had grocery carts to carry our food up to the room EtcE chairs

Very convenient and enjoyable

It was spacious enough for our group and the views from the balcony are awesome. Very convenient with Peg Leg Pete's and the Tom Thumb across the street. The property is furnished nicely and stocked well. I would like to have had a ramp down to the beach instead of stairs for beach cart convenience, but that is really my only complaint.

Nice place

It was chilly and windy, and we were relegated to the hot tub, which wasnt anywhere near hot! The kitchen is very small: definitely a one person kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and other than the power outage the last night, we enjoyed our stay.
