Best week on the beach!

Amazing unit! We enjoyed our time on the beach and in the pool! We loved the proximity to florabama! We walked to dinner at the yacht club each night! Ice cream shop it walkable too! Can’t wait to stay again!

Prime Location

Mediterranean is a beautiful property in a prime location with easy beach access and all of the amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing view and location

We had a wonderful time during our 6 night stay! We did not want to leave. This home is well stocked in the kitchen, baths and laundry room. There were lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The beds were all comfortable!The jacuzzi tub and steam shower in the master bath were incredible! Highly recommend!!!

Awesome Birthday Getaway

Our stay at Mediterranean Perdido Key 1002e was amazing! We were a group of 10, 7 adults and 3 kids and we everyone had their own personal space and we were all comfortable. The accommodation was clean, the views were spectacular. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us.

Mardi Gras getaway

The condo was amazing! Gorgeous views and tons of space. It was very clean as well. I will definitely be coming back. The only negative is the website listed the building as having a hot tub, and it didn’t. We were really looking forward to that since we knew the weather was going to be cold and we had three small children with us.

Perfect condo

10th floor condo with amazing views. Ocean side of condo is all glass in living room and primary suite. Furniture is very nice and accommodates many guest. All bedrooms have access to wrap around balcony. All guest in our large group were very happy with the size of the unit. Plenty of room in the living room and large kitchen table and multiple barstools for a large group. A lot of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Beautiful and Spacious Condo

This condo had everything needed to accommodate us and our children/grandchildren. There were 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and ample living space for us to relax and enjoy each other. The wraparound balcony was nice too. Our only suggestion would be to allow for more than one parking spot, but space is very limited. We were able to park directly across the street with no issues.

Omg!!!

This place was so huge and accommodating to our entire family. 3 generations ranging from 2-68. So much room so clean. I just got back today and am already trying to get my next stay booked. The property manager Leah was so helpful and kind!!! Could have given the overall stay a 20 if the rating went that high!!!!

Perfect location…great condo

Beautiful condo. Tenth floor location with wrap around balconies. There are only two units on each floor. The low density meant we had the pool to ourselves and plenty of room on the beach. The pool and beach are super easy to access.. it is aneasy walk to Florabama next door and restaurants across the street. Though parking for multiple cars can be an issue here we found the parking lot between Mediterranean and the Florabama to have room for our extra vehicles.

Beautiful rental

This rental is absolutely beautiful. The colors are relaxing, the furniture and rooms are comfortable. The views are spectacular and lots of places to sit outside to enjoy the view. When we checked in we had some electrical issues, but maintenance came out first thing in the morning and took care of everything. We had 4 couples and only 2 key fobs. We could have used another fob for convenience, but we made it work. Parking was not really an issue, as we were able to park the cars across the street. We really enjoyed our weekend, and hope to be back soon.

Spacious, clean and modern

Very spacious living area and rooms with each of the 4 bedrooms having their own shower. The deck was amazing - I measured over 150 ft long!. It wraps around the entire level and there are only 2 units per level with a solid wall between. You won't know there is another unit on your level. The unit and deck view wraps around to expose both beach (Gulf) and channel towards the north.

Wonderful Condo

Our group has been staying in this complex for about 5 years now. Condos are beautiful and very well stocked.

The condo is very large and spacious. We would stay here again. The bunk beds that are pictured in the listing are not there. Instead, there was a trundle bed. This was fine for us, just didn’t match up with the listing pictures. The most frustrating part of this condo is definitely only receiving 2 key fobs. When a condo has 4 bedroom, you should have at least 4 key fobs - 1 for each room. We had 9 people staying, and the key fob situation got very frustrating. Only 2 key fobs for a condo that sleeps 11 is ridiculous.

Beautiful unit

We loved the unit. Only downside is they offer one parking pass for a four bedroom unit. We were given two key fobs for the unit until the last 24 hours of our stay when two more fobs were delivered.

Mediterranean at Perdido Key

Very nice condo and beautiful beach. Like the fact that it is a smaller complex with fewer people in the pool and at the beach. Laurie with Vacasa staff was extremely responsive to issues we reported with good follow through. We had issues with the air conditioning and the front rooms were difficult to cool. Ice maker never worked although a repairman came to fix. Barbecue pit needs to be replaced. Unable to use it.

Fabulous Place for a Beachfront Getaway

We have stayed in various condos in the Orange Beach area for 10+ years. All of them very nice, large, and beachfront. Mediterranean 1002E is by far the finest rental we have stayed in over any prior rentals. The unit is extremely spacious and laid out well. The kitchen has professional grade appliances and the refrigerator is large enough to accommodate a big multi-family stay. Each of the 4 bedrooms have comfortable beds with private baths. We loved the privacy offered as the complex only has 44 units so the beach and common areas were not crowded at any time. The elevator is accessible by keyfob for only one family/condo # at a time and opens directly into a private foyer for the condo. We never had to wait long for an elevator. Off the private foyer is a small storage room that also contains the rubbish chute closet. This room was perfect for us to store our beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. instead of tracking them through the unit to store on the balcony when not in use. The only con is that the property's common areas do not have a grilling area for residents/guests. The HOA should consider adding this amenity to their luxury facility. Overall, Mediterranean 1002E is a fabulous place for a beachfront getaway. We will make every effort to rebook this unit for future beach vacations.

The stay in this condo was wonderful. The only negative we encountered was the railing must have damage from previous storms so it makes this HORRIBlE jingling noise. It was really only an issue one day when it was super windy. I would still stay here again in a heartbeat. It was very clean, and spacious. We love staying at the Mediterranean
