Great Property

My wife and I, along with another couple stayed in this unit for 1 night to celebrate Valentines Day. Everything about the property was excellent. Very clean, neat, and perfect location in downtown Pensacola.We were a little concerned about the app to get you in and out of the apartment, gym, and open patio, but all was great for us older people with limited technology.Our host was excellent and we would definitely recommend the property and come stay again.Thank you to the Property Manager for answering all of our questions!!! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying in the Brent Lofts. We have stayed in 2 different 2br/2ba units and loved them both. They are SUPER clean and well appointed. Access is very easy! We paid $10 per night parking and walked less than 100 yards to the entrance door. The building is very secure and a great location for restaurants and eateries with a coffee shop across the adorable Palofox St. We were able to walk to breakfast luncheon dinner as well as places to get a drink. At the end of the street you will find a park.We will come back again!!

It feels like home. They are in the middle of Pensacola and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The management team is very responsive making sure you have everything you need. They respond within minutes to any request. Definitely staying there again soon!

Comfortable and Convenient

The Brent Lofts were a nice location with comfortable and clean accommodations. The beds were great as well as the in-unit washer/dryer. Parking was easy and well-lit. The unit was well-stocked and the property manager was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The only con: my particular unit (307) had a constant humming sound from some mechanical unit near the back bedroom wall or vent. Fortunately, I was able to block out the noise with a headset, but this sound may be something too disturbing for others to tolerate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a fantastic stay in To Geaux Cups in June 2025. Mallory and Skyler were very helpful helping us decide which room would be the best fit for our group and throughout the entire check-in process. Typically, I feel that pictures for rentals look better than the actual place. However, at Brent Lofts the units were really as new and modern as the pictures and we were very pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean and in great condition. Plenty of outlets and mirror space for getting ready. Would definitely recommend.
