This unit is part of a triplex, but everything at the suite is privately yours. You will have your own outdoor section, private entrance into your unit, private washer/dryer, & your own mini kitchen.

This unit comfortably situates 2 people, however, the futon is quite comfortable for a kid or someone under 6 ft & willing to accommodate an extra person if needed- please just let us know!
