This Security Deposit Authorization is conducted by putting a temporary hold on your credit card for the amount of $300.00 exactly 2 day(s) prior to your arrival date. It may appear as a pending charge on your account. At some point during your stay, you may receive notification that the Security Deposit has been reauthorized to keep it fresh. After your departure, if no damages are reported, the full amount of the Security Deposit will be released within five (5) business days after departure.
