The cutest little home in a decent location from the beaches! There are so many great food places and fun attractions nearby! Perfect spot for a couple’s trip or a small family. We really loved the renovations and thought the home was very comfy and peaceful! 10/10 would definitely stay there again!

Great and They Thought of Everything!

We loved our stay here and the hosts really want you to enjoy the stay. From the welcome snacks to the dog toys, beach items and comfy beds, this place is set up right! Very responsive hosts! Clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to anything you need and walking distance options! We may need a rental again soon and will Definitely try to book this one!

This home had everything you could possibly need. The a/c was great, which is always a priority. The water pressure was great. The furnishing were comfy and nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Getaway

This was an adorable bungalow in a very peaceful neighborhood. It was very clean and well appointed for us and our pup. Close to many restaurants and ice cream. Dog parks were close as well. Get some fresh seafood at the local market to cook. Top notch visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The home was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—including little touches like Kleenex, Q-tips, and spices that most places tend to overlook. The shower had great water pressure, and the beds were super comfortable. Pensacola is such a darling town, and this home made the perfect home base for exploring it. What a beautiful place to stay while in town visiting our parents. We truly enjoyed the kindness, promptness and the cleanliness of the rental home. It was perfect! Clean, quiet, safe, right up the street from everything

So happy to see an almost century-old home still creating memories for families! The house is clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, but more importantly safe, quiet, and only a few minutes from everything. Wonderful Memories Made

We had a wonderful stay! This was our first trip to the beach with our little ones. We enjoyed the location; as it was cozy and quiet. But close enough to all of our planned adventures. Much like at home. We had all we needed to prepare home cooked meals. The accommodations, hospitality, and communication were beyond what we could have asked for. We will definitely be visiting again!

My family and I stayed here two nights while my husband competed in Beach Brawl, the CrossFit competition at Pensacola Beach. The host allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated! It was very convenient to get to both the beach and downtown. The bed we slept on was quite comfortable (front bedroom), but my parents complained about the other bed. The only thing I would have changed is being supplied with more than one roll of toilet paper and paper towels, especially considering the price we paid. We ended up having to go buy some of our own.
