This was our first trip to Perdido Key. Loved the location of the home, close to lots of things to do, prime beach location just across the street, community had great ammenities, gym, pool. Home was stocked with everything we needed for our beach vacation.

This property is in a great neighborhood and very nice amenities. We were staying for two weeks in the off-season. The unit was nice and and the property manager responded quickly to any questions. The unit could use a refresh in kitchen utensils and cookware, they were worn out or missing. It is sufficient for a short stay or if you eat out all the time.

We spent 5 weeks in a comfortable, clean, and nicely upgraded townhouse in Lost Key of Perdido Key, Florida. The beach, pools, golf course, and walking trails were all beautiful and perfect for an active lifestyle or just relaxing. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and delicious restaurants. So many options to choose from. Highly recommended.

This was a great getaway! Needed to visit parents and take care of some things. It was great being able to come here in the late afternoon and ride bikes and go for walks! We took one day for beach time and to unwind!! The food at the beach spot is great!! Looking forward to coming back!!!

Property was well positioned for what we wanted to do. Was clean and as advertised. Lots of threats of fines in the paperwork did not feel very welcoming but was understood due to HOA rules. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

wonderful way to escape northern US weather. Very pet friendly resort. And a very close dog park. People a very friendly. Management is super responsive. We had a key pad door battery going out, they replaced it immediately. We had a gas grill that we couln't lite. The management brought a new Weber the following morning. Beautiful location, loved the screened in porch and all the resort ammenities

Home away from home!

The townhouse community within Lost Key is the perfect choice for a family trip to Perdido Key…..easy access to the private beach clubhouse yet not staying amongst “Spring Breakers”. The home is spacious and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is filled with super friendly faces. (Peggy, the shuttle bus driver on one of our days there, went out of her way to return one of our items that was left on the bus….such a gracious lady!) We look forward to visiting again and highly recommend Beach Happy at Lost Key!

Perfect for families!

We absolutely loved this place. The house was clean, there was a little welcome package for us with a hand-written note, everything we needed in the kitchen, etc., etc.! Patty was so kind and texted me back right away when I had any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone. We enjoyed staying here.

I stayed here Mother’s day weekend and loved it! It is close to great restaurants. You can shuttle, ,walk or ride the bikes to the beach. The Beach Club has great drinks and food and the view is awesome! The pools are great. The beach is beautiful and the they set up your chair and umbrella. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Can’t wait to go again!
