Love this place !!!

We loved this condo for many reasons…. Super clean, great communication with owner, great comfy couch, loved the large dinning table, beds were super comfortable, and great small appliances we needed, super easy checkout, would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Perdido Key vacation

The condo is beautiful. I love that we had an end unit and balconies on the oceanfront, back and sides. The pools are very nice and we all enjoyed them. The beach is beautiful. I have been to many beaches in Florida and the private beach with chair/umbrella rentals was new for me. We could walk along the beach and that was great. My adult son is attending training in Pensacola so this was perfect for his daily drive to work during our visit. Thank you for a beautiful condo, we had all that we needed for cooking and enjoying family time.

Perfection on Perdido

This property perfectly accommodated iur family of 9. Three full bathrooms were amazing. The verandas extended living space. The kitchen set up was optimal and seating was great for meals. Access to beach and pool so easy. Location was easy for grocery store and all essentials. Would stay again and hard to leave!

Family Beach Vacation

Nicely decorated, modern, clean, accommodating, convenient with fob bracelet entry, spacious, parking was no issue and I have a large truck, easy access to nice pool and beach, Publix very close by, had all essential amenities, a variety of restaurants/ice cream across the street, great view from the 9th floor beach/ocean side; one negative is you can't sit in front of the paid beach chairs (on the water line)...however, guy managing that service was great...no complaints and I've been to many beach condos. Highly recommend as well as the owners!

Nicely arranged condo

We do this every summer and this unit was perfect for us. There was plenty of room and a nice pool area. The biggest drawback was parking which is minor. The 2 bunk beds in one room was great for the grandkids. The ice maker couldn’t keep up with us, but there’s a machine to buy ice on the property. Nespresso instead of keurig, though.

Overall the property itself is very nice this is our second time staying at Palacio. As far as this specific condo went we went two days without AC. The AC was froze up when we got there and it took two days for it to thaw out. While the property manager had good communication we feel this is something that should have been checked before we got there. The condo is very comfortable and very spacious as well. The balcony view is great on both sides and other than the AC issues we were very comfortable with our stay.

Great place to stay!

The condo itself was so nice, clean, big, and had everything we needed plus some. Not the best place to have toddlers since there was a lot of decor that they wanted to keep their hands on. But it was decorated bright and beautiful! Elevators were fast and easy to access. Parking was a little packed since it was Fourth of July weekend but there was extra parking across the street. The pool and beach was amazing! We didn’t have any issues that we needed to contact the owners but I received multiple ways to contact them and received all the information we needed! Our family really enjoyed our stay!
