Wish pool was heated

We really loved the house and the location. Weather was not nice, but other than that, great time!! Only wish would be that the pool was heated. I’m sure mid summer it stays kinda warm, but we couldn’t enjoy it due to the water was Freezing. Great place!

The house was nice! Just an FYI, there are no hand bars in the master or main level showers if that would be a concern. We had a great vacation and the pool was well worth the extra cost.

We had a wonderful time and the house is very nice! We did have some trouble with the internet which was rectified upon our initial maintenance call; however, we continued to have trouble logging in after that.I would also suggest a few items that were not available, but would have been nice to have:- Broom or small vacuum to sweep up sand from beach.- More bath towels/hand towels/dish towels- Basic cleaning products for spills, etc.- CrockpotOverall, a lovely home and we would definitely recommend it!

The house was overall great. The elevator was a plus with my disabled husband. Having the pool was also a plus since the beach is not as described..steps away from the sandy beach.The management company is not good to work with once you pay and are checked in. The main level air was not working from Saturday check in till Monday late afternoon. The repair guy said someone had checked the system days prior so obviously a problem and we were not advised. I rented a beach wheelchair and not doable to walk from house to beach. Called to see if they could assist with a better beach option and was blown off and no one called back like they said. The trash was overflowing upon arrival and finally called on Tues. and was told I need to take to road for Wed pickup. This was not in any of the info at check in. Might be a good idea to add. The pool area was not clean. The grill was gross. Prior renters had not cleaned and left the cover in the corner on the floor.We stayed an extra day and the cleaning lady showed up on original check out date. She sat outside for an hour and finally knocked on door. No one had told her we were not checking out till Thurs. Overall the house is wonderful and would stay again but the management representing the owner is not the best in my opinion. If you are thinking it is walking distance to beach it is not! The public beach acces is half mile and had parking on most days.
