The condo had everything we needed, and was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach just across the road. Loved sitting on the covered deck drinking coffee looking out over the bay. It's only a short drive to the Pensacola fishing pier also. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect! There is plenty of space and so many extras were provided. With fishing out back and the beach across the street you can't beat the convenience. We hope to be back next year!

Our stay was a wonderful one! We enjoyed the relaxing bay view in the mornings and evenings. We enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful beach during the day. The place was very clean and well stocked. It is in close proximity to many local restaurants. We enjoyed our close friend’s wedding while staying at a great place. If we are ever in Pensacola again, we’ll stay here.

This property was nicely updated and in a great location! We loved the views off the back deck and hanging out in the backyard near the water. Also the walk to the ocean was very short and easy! Loved the beach theme of the interior and really enjoyed the awesome shower in the main bathroom. We were very comfortable here and will definitely be back to stay again! Check in was super easy and had no issues during our trip! Highly recommend staying here!!!

This property has it all - backs up to the sound with perfect views of the July 4th fireworks, a short (3 min) walk to the beach, excellent location to watch the Blue Angels. The property itself is perfect for a family getaway - very clean and 'beachy'. We loved being able to park our car in the garage. We had an absolute blast and look forward to returning one day.

We loved this property! We have stayed at over a dozen properties on Pensacola beach and this was our favorite! Beautifully decorated, owner was so nice and easy to work with. The bikes and corn hole game was so much fun and we brought our paddle boards so we had tons of fun! I highly recommend this rental.

A small bay out the back door was perfect for kayaking, handheld fishing nets and crab catching for the kids and even one dolphin swimming in one morning. A short walk to the beach out the front door was also perfect. Many restaurants within a couple of miles not to mention the full kitchen to prepare our own meals made meals so easy! Grateful to be able to use such a nice property for our family vacation!

The property was just enough removed from the touristy area of the island that allowed for less traffic and more relaxation. It is well equipped and has a beautiful backyard view of the intercostal. The beaches are wide and amazing and just a short walk down the way. We loved it!

My experience here was by far the best experience I have had with vrbo/airb&b. It was easy check in and out, outstanding views, and great location close to activities. The place was very clean which is huge for me. My only complaint was that the coffee maker had left over coffee grounds from a previous use, but was an easy fix. Will definitely book again!

Perfect location and the decks and patio area were wonderful! Close enough to all things Pensacola Beach, but far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet! Property was clean and well stocked! I was great having the covered garage since I have a Jeep and we took all tops/doors off and didn't have to worry on a rain day! Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful time during our vacation staying here. Rental was SUPER clean. I'm not sure I have ever stayed in a cleaner vacation rental. We all loved that we could go out the back deck and fish and the beach was right across the street. Many good restaurants very close by. My family and I will definitely be back! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

This condo was beautiful! It was clean, bright and modern. It had everything you’d need from games, toiletries, cookware to some beach gear. The owner Leslie is awesome and i’d recommend this place to everyone. l’ll definitely be back.
