    FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Looking to unwind at the beach . We have the perfect condo for you... This lovely 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is perfect for 2 couples looking to get away from every day stress. This condo features King Size Bed in each room. Corner unit on the west end of the building which allows this condo to have more square footage than any other 2 Bedroom condo at Summerlin . 47" flat-screen TV in the living room, and a 32" flat-screen TV in the master bedroom..
    BEFORE BOOKING CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES OF SUMMERLIN 505:
    The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

    The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, and March.

Great location and condo

We spent the week in 505 and really enjoyed it. It was well stocked, had comfy beds and an amazing view! The parking was also great and easy access to the beach and pool.

Our unit in Summerlin Ft. Walton Beach was perfect for our stay. The rental company kept us apprised of our obligations and also what they were providing for us. Would definitely recommend Brooks and Shorey.

Lovely condo

The condo is lovely and was very clean in appearance and smell. The living room furniture is comfortable and attractive, however the balcony furniture desperately needs to be updated. Kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect - right on the ocean. We really like the building having only 30 units, so the beach wasn't crowded. Property managers did not promptly respond when we had a question about the cable being out, but it was restored the next day. Overall, a great place and we would stay there again!

Two beach chairs and umbrella already set up for every morning, some free activities, and nice location on quiet Santa Rosa Blvd. The unit was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities you could want and need. We will definitely be back to this place!!! 10/10 review in my book!!!

Only complain was two days our boardwalk was closed for repairs. We had to walk down the road to a public access. Then you had to walk back down the beach to Summerlins chairs. Why weren't these repairs done before vacation season.
