Until next time!

We can not wait to stay again next year! It’s our favorite place to stay. It’s a great location from the beach, a grocery store and plenty of places to eat! The pool is our favorite part but our condo this year was wonderful!

Liked the key tag for gate, no numbers Love location Cottage great, looked like cleaning could have been better in places, but nothing major.. Girls trip , our family has stayed at the Parrot several times, always enjoy the place and location ..

Purple Parrot

We love the fact you didn’t have to leave the resort but we visit the beach. Even though our kids were like can we just go back to the pool. Convenient to area restaurants and shopping. Oh the staff at the tiki bar and grill are fantastic. Will definitely be back.

House was dirty , Floors were dirty , bathrooms were dirty! I love the purple parrot but a little disappointed on how the house was dirty ! I also never got an email for my code to check in ! I checked in late & had to call office !Inconvenience

Very bad condition

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always loved Purple Parrot. Been here 4 times now. This unit was not clean, Kitchen cabinets torn up. Sinks stopped. Electrical outlets didn't work. Closet door broken, Bedroom floor patched, lampshades broken. Had to move beds out to find an outlet and move lamps around. light bulbs didn't work. Very disappointed. Not a clothes hanger or hair dryer there. No blinds on front door, no privacy. No trash bags for kitchen. Angry that I was told weeks ago the tiki bar was opened for my son in law.I called the office specifically for this reason. This was our only vacation and we expected better accomodations. No rugs in rooms. Only 1 bath rug. Floors were sticky and we had to use towels by front door to keep the sand out.

Nice stay

This property was perfect for our little getaway. It’s nice to feel like you have your own home away from home, rather than being in a hotel or condo with close neighbors.
