Great family time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at needle rush point! The unit was a great location to the pool and beach access, quiet property, and clean! Perfect space for my family of four and my parents! Would definitely stay again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well kept. The rental itself was relaxing with a great view! It was within walking distance to Flora-bama yacht club. Would definitely stay there again!

Everyone place

Everything was wonderful!! A couple of suggestions: Living room furniture was very uncomfortable for seniors. Very difficult to get in and out of Having some beach chairs to use at the beach would have been wonderful - again for seniors Toilet paper holder in large bathroom is way too close to the seat. Not a huge deal but we were not able to keep it on the spindle because it was too close to access. Things to know: Kitchen is very small-only 2 people can work and prepare. We did ok though- I let everyone else cook 😂 Pool is beautiful although in February it was too cold for us to swim Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable We were on first floor- burm is too tall for us to see the ocean waves- I would recommend a higher level but there is no elevator. Also upstairs guests constantly walked around and it was very disrupting at bedtime. I think there were pets too which I love but they got a little rowdy. Overall this is an amazing place- we stayed for two weeks and got into a very nice relaxed routine with my elderly in laws If we came back we would definitely be in the higher level and just have all of our groceries delivered. Thank you for ask your help- customer service was excellent!!

Fantastic vacation

Wonderful location, we loved being Flora/Bama line. The A/C ended up freezing up on us and we did not realize it until after hours. The maintenance guy offered to come out at 11 pm to help us out but we opted to wait until morning and he was there first thing. There was a small issue with one corner of the pool becoming dirty but again the maintenance guys were checking it everyday multiple times a day. The condo was perfect for us, we loved being able to see the pool and the ocean. Only bummer was our upstairs neighbor had a large doggo and it was a little loud. We will definitely visit again!

Bama Mom

I booked on the ocean side so I could see the ocean but I really couldn't. I have stayed on the bay side before and really enjoyed the beauty. I am handicapped and have to use a walker and a 4 legged cane. Is there anyway that ramps or bars can be put by where the cars are parked? This was especially hard for me and had to have help getting into and out of the condo. Thank you.
