"Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and also for dinner time. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. There is a good amount of parking onsite and the village is all well within walking distance. We did find the bed / mattress a little on the hard side and the fan was very noisy so we couldn't keep it on overnight."

Unfortunately it is due to close at the end of Sept 2026 to be taken over by Premier Inn & due to open in Jan 2027. Premier Inn apparently will be charging £10 a night to park your car whilst staying at the hotel !!! I think we will look for somewhere else to stay if that is to be the case. You are paying to stay at a hotel & they want to charge you for parking your car ???"
