「This was a cute little basement apartment. It had a living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The location was super close to the convention center, and not far from other attractions. Nice enough neighborhood, with small cafe's and restaurants.」

「Great property and convenient to public transportation.」

「The location was perfect for Metro use & access to Trader Joe’s. Property is best suited for able bodied people as the apartment is in the lower level & stairs to enter are tight. We were fine, but it is something to note.We encountered a few issues with a 10 day stay. Some basic supplies (not enough paper towels, no tissues, no additional trash bags, limited soap, linens) were not adequate. Property manager supported access to additional linens. Note that there is no washer/dryer. One ac split...

「The apartment was just as the pictures described. The location was perfect for getting around DC. Located between the Metro Union Station hub and the Capitol South hub made it extremely easy to get around DC.The apartment had plenty of comfortable beds, towels, and kitchen items. Please note, if you are a couple that is used to sleeping in a queen or king size bed, the beds in the two bedrooms are double beds. We definitely would stay at this location again. Ike and his staff are very nice...

「Great, cozy location in an artsy district of DC for a couple to stay! Harris Teeter 100 yards away was very convenient to lay in some supplies. Felt very safe and secure at this spot, highly recommended for any trip to DC. Easy Uber ride (20-30) to all the sites. Would definitely stay here again!」

「This place was absolutely perfect--just the right size, so close to the Metro, a lovely neighborhood, great restaurants and coffee shops, and easily walkable. The hosts were wonderful, very accommodating and quick to respond. Visiting DC was a breeze and I highly recommend booking this apartment. I would stay here again!」

「This property is located in an excellent area close to the Mall, Metro, and great restaurants in Penn Quarter. We were in a top floor unit that was quiet with a good view. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was much appreciated across our 3 weeks stay. The hosts were easy to contact and were responsive to maintenance requests. When in the area in the future, I will be interested in staying at this property again.」
