“This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would……

“We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!”

“Check-in easy, kitchen facilities good, kids pleased about wifi access. Drive big enough to park easily.Decorated to hosts own style throughout to a high standard. Stairs & upstairs carpets lovely and soft to walk on. Beds comfy & it was a quiet neighbourhood.The french doors were hard to shut, hinges had dropped. I contacted owner who was aware of the problem, and said he'd chase up the builder. This should have been fixed before letting out the house.There was a jacuzzi bath, not a jacuzzi in……

“Check in fine.Did have to mention that property was wrongly advertised as having two showers.Lounge chair collapsed due to faulty worn legs No lid on waste bin in the kitchen.Sadly would not stay at this property in the future.”

“Property is in a quite area of Cardiff with very good bus links into town with easy check in plus we asked for an earlier check in which was agreed and we were very grateful for that. The property had everything we needed also with WiFi. Thank you Paul & Lorraine”

“As described, convenient location to everywhere you can walk to in Cardiff. Property was clean, comfortable, air a bit smokey. Keeping the windows open helped alleviate the smell by the 2d day. Property was perfect for 2 adults -convertible sofa was comfortable and simple to operate. Property had a lot of thoughtful touches that were really appreciated. Future U.S. guests should bring their own power converter in order to recharge phones, tablets, and MACs. Local shops closest to the property do……

“We stayed here the year before last and it was just as quiet. The weather was vile which was no suprise but the cottage was warm and very comfortable. The picture window in the sitting room lets you see what the elements are throwing at the Welsh coast whilst snug as a bug. The cottage is not luxurious but every thing we needed was there and all works. For the price we love it. My only problem is that to get from the car to the property you have to walk up a grass frontage, not a drama in nice……
