Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
Love Penzance and room, however, parking was a challenge- bumper to bumper cars always! Had we been advised to use the car park 8 min walk away, it would have simplified our stay. Wasn’t until a downpour that we found the parking. Additionally, ventilation of unit is an issue, as windows are not easily accessible. These fixes would improve our rating.
