「We had a newly renovated room which was lovely. Front reception staff are awesome. Front pathway gardens need some attention and lots of people don’t pick up after their dogs in the designated relief area. Annoying! Come on dog owners!!! 」

「Run down. No smoke detector-broken. Broken microwave handle. Hole in wall. 1 lamp didnt work unless it was plugged in. Then to turn it off you needed to unplug it. Overall in need of remodeling.Dismal breakfast. Pool area had 1 light and no towels. Grimy oily tiles. Just somewhere we wouldn't go again.」

「Room sheets were stained and dirty room, crumbs on pull out couch and the couch was brike. We checked out and ghe hotel receipt was cheaper than what I paid on Expedia by over $30.00, which was disheartening. Would not recommend. 」

「I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim...

「Despite the hotel being almost empty, we were given a room on the 2nd floor farthest from the lobby despite requesting to be moved. A $35 fee for a 7lb tiny dog is ridiculous. Room had a garbage pail full from previous guest, very little toilet paper, TV remote had no batteries and still didn’t work. Electrical outlet wasn’t working in bathroom area. Not a pleasant stay. 」

「This hotel is in really bad condition. The linens were very dingy and there was no body wash. The plumbing was loud and not hot. There was no housekeeping staff during the early evening. The rooms do not look or feel clean. There was very little food and NO coffee. We went to the Hardee’s across the street. The Baymont is very convenient to the music venue across the street but we will be driving a little further next time. 」

「you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?」
