「Had to change rooms 4 times due to rooms not being house kept. Beds weren’t made, someone’s food and trash and dirty towels in 3 of them rooms. Dirty sheets with multiple unknown stains. Last room was clean enough and at least had made up beds but all the floors were so sticky and had gross hair and unknown substance in each of the rooms like they had never been mopped. Felt like a gross glue trap on the floor. Definitely not the Standard I’ve come to expect from a Sonesta property. Manager...

「Not a very clean place and ac was noisy and not working properly. Breakfast bar was horrible with no meats. Coffee cups leaked and no juice. Will not ever stay there again!」

「I don’t recommend this place at all! The sink was stopped up. The rooms stink! The staff just brush you off. I asked for some of my money back they refused. Oh let’s not forget the bugs inside the light shade. I have videos」
