「This property is truly a gem, making us feel at home yet at a 5-star resort! We traveled for a last minute July 4th holiday visit to see family in Dubuque and hit an absolute jackpot in the Galena Territories! The house was perfect for our three 20-something kids, spouses, and our first 7 month old grandson. The rooms are all huge, the beds were extremely comfy and there were so many special little touches! Mike and Jana were amazing hosts, providing yard and board games and helpful suggestions...

「We have visited Galena several times, usually we do the traditional Bed and Breakfast in the historic Mansions. This was a special treat to be 1 block off of Main Street! Absolutely perfect!The only thing I would suggest is a better description of where the parking spot was. Unless you know Galena really well you would not see the small sign for the Market Place and finding the spots behind it. The property manager was GREAT!! We will be back!」

「This home was clean and had plenty of room. The car charger was such a convenience and a definite plus for us. It is a short distance to get to town using the “secret” passage. Just be aware that the passage has steps but is a lovely stroll. We sat on the porch in the morning and later in the day and watched the deer come right up the driveway toward us. We enjoyed our stay.」
