Like the cleanliness of the hotel and their staff is friendly as they will try to assist if we ask them. Hotel location is perfect as it is near Penang bridge if we want to proceed to the island as well as to PLUS highway (<10mins). Plenty of restaurants and kopitiams (coffee shops). Variety of food (including vegetarian) suitable for all enthic group, Malay, Indian and Chinese. Happening area like Sunway, Seberang Jaya and it is a short drive away (<10mins) and this includes houses for prayers like mosque, indian and chinese temples.

Totally 0 soundproofed. First time ever i stay hotel and never get to sleep because of the sounds of slamming door, people talking, door alarms and chair pulling sound. I stayed 2 nights and now I’m so exhausted. 6.30am some idiot left their door unclosed and the alarm go on for 10 mins, and not only once, but multiple time! You can heard very clear every noise . Nightmare
