"This hotel is really interesting and quirky but its location in the middle of 10 car yards and rooms 110, 220, 310 upwards being on a major road into Ipoh makes it untenable unless you’re deaf. Honestly we found from dusk until 4am the noise from trucks, loud motorbikes and traffic to be unbearable and I am 60% deaf in one ear. "

I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for the birthday decorations as well as maintaining the room in impeccable condition. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and consistency throughout my stay did not go unnoticed and greatly enhanced my comfort. "Everything is great especially the hospitality of the hotel’s staff is excellent. "

"First room we were given the beds were unmade and there was still trash in the garbage bin. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and it wasn't given a clean vibe at all. We were then given a different room. However this room was having mold on the walls, as well as a smell of mold. We then left the hotel cancelling our stay, and the manager said if wishing for a refund go through Expedia through which I did, however management decided not to refund the situation and time we had wasted, and instead offered us a complimentary room, which we did not take."

"Beaches was lovely around the chalet, but unfortunately wasn’t allowed to swim around it. They have a beach on the other side of island the sea was too rough."
