“This property is stunning. Right in the center of town with plenty of great restaurants & attractions around. The pools were both lovely and we made use of them both. We stayed in the majestic suite. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in [apart from my own]. The suite was also styled amazingly. There were a couple of things that I felt weren't quite right [ possibly won't bother others] amazing dual vanity in bathroom area, but no hand towels [or place for any to hang]……

“The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.”

“Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure.”

“Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them……
