「Heated pool was not working the entire time of our stay. This was not communicated until we asked - this was the main reason we chose to stay at the property during the winter months」

「This resort is currently under construction for the pool area. The noise starts at 7:00am and last until around 5:00pm. ANY pool view room is noisy and unable to sit outside to ‘enjoy’ the setting or the rooftop jacuzzi which was only lukewarm and not adjustable. We asked to be moved (and they granted our request to an interior-faced room). The construction pounding noise was still present. I personally don’t think they should be renting any of the poolside rooms for more than overnight visitors...
