「This is a really nice villa and equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen. It has a nice balcony area for the evenings and is spacious - much better than getting a hotel!. The pool area is great - the pool is a good size, regularly kept tidy and clean by a pool guy, and nicely secluded. Its a very quiet area but I think we were lucky as a lot of the villas seemed unoccupied while we were there and the building work at the end of the road paused in Aug....

「From the moment we enquired about the villa, Lisa was so quick to respond and answer all of our questions and that continued throughout our stay when we needed advice on supermarkets and how to combat local bugs! As soon as we arrived we were struck by the stunning views and the tranquillity that surrounded the property. 「 An honest review We have just come back from a week spent at the Villa Sunrise and have had a lovely stay. Communication with Lisa has been great any questions we asked they were answered quickly and bonus of a late departure was given which was a nice touch for us. We were greeted with a welcome pack which had the essentials milk, bread etc again a nice touch when you have been travelling all day. The location of the villa is perfect walking distance from the strip which hosts lots of places...

「The villa gave us just what we needed - rest and relaxation. Lovely to find a few essentials like bread and milk when we arrived very late at night. Very dark on the porch, so our mobile torch came in handy to do the key safe code. Very tidy house inside and out. Pool guy came regularly and kept it spotless. A gardener appeared too and sprayed some weedkiller round the garden at one point so I steered clear of that. Maria came to clean and change bedding/towels midweek and was so lovely....

「Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. Two of the showerheads were blocked, although these were quickly changed by maintenance contract, stairway light not working at all, again quickly fixed. Solar water heating was definitely non...

「VRBO had haar zaken niet up to date waardoor we voor een dichte deur stonden en niet verwacht werden door de inmiddels nieuwe eigenaren. Heel naar voor beide partijen. Uiteindelijk een prima vakantie dankzij betrokkenheid van de eigenaar. Met VRBO doe ik geen zaken meer.」

「Arrived by taxi and got into villa with no problems, they welcome pack was great with the basics and drinks. The pool was everything we hoped it would be and to look at the actual villa was what we actually had. Could not have been happier with everything.」
