「3 days after the reservation and only 3-4 hours before the check in the host canceled. We found out only 1 hour before check in and as we had just landed in El Calafate. Host sent us one single sentence in Spanish, offered no explanations nor any suggestions to help us find something at the last minute. I contacted the host for help and got back no responses.
