「The property was nicely renovated and well stocked and as described in the listing. The AC was especially nice as we happened to be in town on one of the hottest weeks of the summer! We appreciated the central location as well. Overall a very good property, I would stay here again if we are in the area. 」

「This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. We loved having meals out on the deck, hanging out in the hot tub, shooting hoops in the basketball hoop, and using the fire pit. The listing isn’t clear about the beds that are in each room. 「The house was very clean, well taken care of, and stocked with everything we needed. (In the main house there were a few more stairs than we were aware of, and a few very narrow and steep staircases which made it a bit more difficult for one of our family members who recently had broken a few ribs to get around, but not a deal breaker by any means) The pool was excellent (but could use a little shade - we were all vying for space under the one umbrella)Overall we had an excellent stay. 」

「The home was immaculate and comfortable. The location was amazing due to the proximity to shops, restaurants and canals. I have never stayed in a more thoughtfully put together home. They thought of everything, from the fresh water already awaiting my pet put in clean dog bowls upon our arrival to the brand new umbrellas set out by the door for the anticipated rainy weather. 「The house was exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, the appliances worked great, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean.It's an 8 minute drive to Musicfest so the location was perfect! Check in was easy and our host was quick to respond to any questions I had.」

「Wonderful quiet space for visiting the New Hope area. Nicely stocked coffee/tea bar in kitchen including some snacks. Very clean and comfortable. The area had a storm while we were there and lost power but this place has a generator that kicked on and we continued to have power. 」

「We had a fabulous family Thanksgiving vacation at Rocking Horse Acres! The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the living room with the wood burning fireplace and we made a huge Thanksgiving meal in Amy’s well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you!!」
