Sandy Steps, Perranporth is a detached, 4 bedroom holiday home, just a few minutes walk to the village centre and Perranporth’s famous, 3 mile long sandy beach!
Accommodation information On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen/dining room and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a self catering holiday in Cornwall. There is a double oven, a large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The dining area has a round dining table to comfortably seat 8 people. The living room is beautifully furnished with a large corner sofa and an arm chair. There is a flat screen smart TV with streaming services or you can cast your own devices to it. Both the living and dining room enjoy views across Perranporth village, the sand dunes and golf course. There is a bathroom downstairs with a bath tub and toilet.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms. 2 have double beds, one with an en suite shower room. Another bedroom has a single beds and the 4th bedroom has bunk beds with a double bottom bunk and single top. The bedrooms to the front of the property also enjoy the panoramic views across Perranporth. There is also another shower room on this floor. For families with a baby/toddler, there is a stair gate, travel cot and a high chair. Bedding for the travel cot isn’t provided but all other bedding, bath and hand towels are.
Outside To the front of the property, there is a driveway for 2 cars. Steps lead up to the front garden and patio. To the rear of the property is another patio are with a table and chairs for al fresco dining! There is a storage shed for guests to use and also an outside shower, ideal for rinsing off wetsuits after a day at the beach.
Please note that due to the steps leading up to the property, this might not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Location Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
