"When we first checked in they put us in 117 which had a puddle of water in the floor by the front door and bathroom. After checking with staff we found out there was a leak coming from the roof and wall in the bathroom they later told us there was an issue with something on the top level. I wasn't really happy with this because they allowed us to check into that room and had to move us to another room across the hall and had to wait around 10 minutes."

"We pre-checked, which was great, and the staff that helped us get our keys was so great! Our room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a little cool, but still refreshing. The shower was hot and the shower head was high enough up for our tall family. The breakfast was pretty average for a hotel, with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yougurt, juice, milk, and coffee. Checking out was a cinch too. Overall 9.8/10 would definitely stop again!"

"The young man who was at the check in desk has the best manners, super polite, kind and efficient. It was very nice to be welcomed by him!!! "

"When we got to our room, it was open and not cleaned...at 9pm! Got another room....while it appeared to have been cleaned, ready for customers...the floor was carpet and chunks of debri on it, headboard had footprints and handprints on it, shower curtain was torn and dirty, the tv remote did not work and breakfast was a joke. Staff was ok, not rude just not very customer service type and looked about 12. "

" When I arrived no one was at front desk and receptionist didn't arrive until 10 min later from running an errand and noone seemed to be around to say she was out nor was there a sign to indicate will return soon. Room had bugs crawling in window seal, I was offered a new room further away. "

"If you are looking for a secluded stay this is it! It is just as listed, rustic, historic, quaint and quiet. It was a great place for my cousins and I to have a get together. The owner was very attentive and came right away when we had a problem with the fireplace and hot tub. If you are looking for a five star resort this is not for you. If you are looking to relax in the country it will not disappoint."

"There was no water pressure, luke warm water both nights. The breakfast was subpar & with an hour left with breakfast the workers refused to refill empty items. Several people complained to no avail. Breakfast area was dirty & two people sitting upfront playing on their phones. We made our first & last stay here!!"
