The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and its proximity to my workplace near the Palais des Congrès in Paris was very convenient.That said, the key collection process was more tedious than expected. Although this is mentioned in the listing, the key has to be picked up from another building about a 15-minute walk away, which is not very convenient when traveling with heavy suitcases.Additionally, the apartment is on the 6th floor...

「Superb location at reasonable price. Easy walk to Montmarte’s glorious sites. Proprietor was responsive, helpful, and friendly. Recommend no more than 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 younger children. 」

「First of all, the location was super convenient. Close to the Metro, a lot of great restaurants, grocery, and other retail shops. <> All codes worked fine but the unit itself was initially tricky to access. It is actually in the courtyard in the back of the building. It is on the ground floor. The mailbox with the key says 7 but there is no apartment numbers. Also, no view. Upstairs window overlooks the roof (with cig butts), another apt. and construction scaffolding (noisy). We were 3 people...
