The apartment was lovely. My ENTIRE stay was ruined by the cleanliness of the apartment and terrible property management communication. Blood stains on the side of the toilet, used ear buds and dirty bathroom floor with urine stain in front of the toilet. You would think the property management would be horrified - NOPE - result was at least 15 hollow promises to call me back and resolve it. I was directed to check out of the apartment so they could clean it. Upon returning the next day - EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED A COMPLETE REFUND - the bathroom clean resulted in ONLY the wiping of the blood and the used ear bud was simply left in the bin. Floor not cleaned and towels used to mop up a poorly designed shower that were soaked and dripping with water had simply been hung up and not replaced. I stayed at a hotel the second night. Inadvertently I connected with the owner who was very pleasant and equally disgusted by the property host/manager. Throughout the stay no confirmation of refund or even if I returned. TERRIBLE! No keys provided. This management company needs to be avoided at all costs - Made Comfy or Vrbro! Run when you see these names.
