Hotel Clipper
Traditional motel an easy walk to town centre and beach. On main road but quiet. Good value. Note this in Rockingham, a pretty beach side town at least 45 minutes drive from the city of Perth.

The shopping centre is right across the road, petrol station near by, resturants walking distance also fast food outlets close red rooster, macdonalds, kfc, beach is close all up not a bad place to stay only one down fall music can get a bit loud if you wish to go to sleep

Yaran Suites
yes. The only thing we found uncomfortable was the smoke from the people staying downstairs. They were heavy smokers who smoked on their patio, so we could not utilise the balcony or have the doors open.
