“So grateful to get to bring our dogs with us! This was a wonderful getaway, great communication, and such a lovely beach cottage. Easy walk to the beach to either enjoy the view from the bluff or walk down the stairs to the sand. We all remarked on how much if felt like somewhere we would want to call home.”

“Great place just bed was firm”

“Everything about this hideaway was top notch. I wished the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the outside more.”

“We had a great time at this location. My family and I ( 2 adults, 2 kids under 5 ) all loved the cabin we stayed in. It felt cozy in a way that hotels don't. We loved walking around all the natural area nearby and we got to see so many different species of birds and other critters. They had an activities area where you could play tetherball and badminton and even throw a horseshoe. Our favorite was the communal campfire there we met many people and had great long talks into the night. Can't wait……

“Staying in hmb many times, a big disappointment. Way overpriced. Over half of the lights were burned out, the bathroom had one light that worked, the vent was so clogged with dirt it didn't work and we couldn't open the windows as an alternative bc the handle was broken. No hangers to be found but no closets anyway or drawers to put anything in and no floor space in the br to lay a suitcase out. We had to pay 75 extra for a towel set for our guest, there was only one set of towels for each……

“Location and views were amazing! ”

“Location is great due to proximity to many restaurants, stores and the freeways. The place is clean and small, more suited for a short stay for two people or one person for a long stay, mainly because there is no living room and the main common room is the bedroom. The apt is on a lovely homesite and parking on the sidewalk was easy. The AC, bathroom, washer and drying rack were nice, although we didn't use the washer. The small kitchen was a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and……

“This location was perfect for us, Very clean, pretty garden and nice double patio with ocean view. Comfortable and great location, and quiet all in all. Could hear the ocean at times. Close to Pillar Point and 10 mins from Half Moon Bay. Would recommend and plan to return sometime.”

“Natural light, a tuned piano in a resonant room, a tone of artistic creativity spilling out onto a pedestrian walkway adjacent to the earnest bay waves. Comfortable beds, bedding, and interior climate. Immediate access to the sand and intertidal shoreline. Clifftop benches as coffee spots and sunset overlooks. Exactly what we needed and more than we hoped for.”

“Great location. The kitchen has all the appliances you can need. The bed was comfortable and check in/out was smooth. Only issue is the bathtub is slick and really should have a nonskid. Also, the balcony is connected with the other two rental units so not very private.”

“We really like the area and the building is walkable to were we go. Our room is over a garage but more than enough space for me and my fiancé. The patio area outside of the room is a nice spot to hangout and watch a sunset or just chit chat. The room even had a hot plate. We didn't need to use it. Still good to know. We'll for sure be back when we go out that way again. Also, the food by the water is so good.”

“Very clean, as far as comfort , furniture wasn’t too comfy. The bed was very comfortable.”
