"As an Eco lodge the facilities are understandably basic, but the environment makes up for this in spades - just sitting eating our breakfast we could hear howler monkeys and all sorts of bird song including woodpeckers turkeys and toucans. We were even visited by a family of spider monkeys who came down for a drink. Be aware - it’s in the jungle with the heat and humidity that goes with the territory but the bonus is being on the gateway to the National Park and trekking distance to the Mayan...

"Lovely stay here and would recommend. But it would help if hotel put prices up by 10% to negate the stealth tip tax at the end which was added after signing off individual meal and drink bills. Would rather sort my own tips out. Picky but irritating."
