“The property was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, I do need to point out that the pool was way too cold to use and when we requested to have the heat turned on, we were charged an additional 95 per day. This was not indicated on the listing and this is the first time that I have had to pay an additional fee in order to utilize an amenity that is a selling point for booking the property. Our family spends most of its time around the pool and I expected at the price we were……

“The rooms were clean, my phone didn’t work to call the front desk, but everything else was great. It’s right next to the airport and downtown and truly beach front. I can’t wait to book my next vacation bc it will be right at the Emerald Beach Hotel. ”

“flights/american airlines cancelled multiple times free 8 hours of rescheduled flts we found out at 7pm we had to book an overnight accommodation. most hotels already booked somehow i found this ABSOLUTE GEM of a hotel 10 out of 10 we stayed in the UPPER VILLA-the view in the morning of the harbor was breathtaking the accommodations were beyond expectations with soaring ceiling heights and a full balcony. fully furnished 1200 sq ft apt with lovely accents and lovely decor-open/airy/spacious do……
