「Stayed at Falcons Nest for 1 night. Very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Deluxe Room included a small table and chairs, 3 seater sofa, tv, hairdryer. Kitchenette included a fridge, microwave, kettle plus tableware. Comfortable bed. Very quiet location. Good value for money. Would recommend.」

「Disappointed with cleanliness and facilities at the flat, only one dinner plate and cereal bowl, no baking trays for oven. Lots of dust on lights and fittings. Fridge door blocked with ice so wouldn’t shut, I fixed that myself. On the positive side the TV wasn’t working and a very helpful person came and fixed it very quickly and he was very friendly and helpful. 」

「Very impressed with my stay . The apartment is HUGE a family bathroom and a large bedroom and another with a lovely en-suite is a win . Kitchen and Living room very clean modern . Plenty of parking spaces and room for contractors with a van with no height restrictions. 」

「Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! 」

「The Garden Room was everything you could want for a quiet weekend away. There was everything there you could possibly want, all needs were catered for . . . and more. The host was exceptional in all communications and everything in the property was explained thoroughly. The facilities were fantastic. We will definitely be returning! 10/10」
