「Paid for 5 nights, stayed for 1. Host ignored multiple messages, phone number wouldn’t connect. Pillows and pullout mattress beyond unsanitary. Overpowering odour throughout property. Weirdly, there was attention to detail in some areas. Beautiful setting, well maintained garden, great location. Such wasted potential from an uncaring host. Had to book another accommodation for the remainder of my trip. Wasn’t expecting luxury but at the very least, basic hygiene standards and beds which could be...

「All bedrooms on second floor and could be a struggle for seniors. The cottage was fabulous in every way and I would highly recommend. Beautifully decorated and fitted for all. Parking accessibility was a big bonus for us as we had family coming to visit and we did not have to be concerned with street parking. Outdoor space was lovely if the weather would have been nicer. 」

「Stephen (the host) was great! Very friendly and welcoming! The room was very cosy, clean, and well equipt. Unfortunately, due to busy work, I was unable to explore the grounds, but I imagine they were lovely. 100% would stay again if working in the area.」

「An idyllic location which had a rustic feel with modern twist. The barn was ideal for our family of three's needs and where we needed additional support, was given with no objections. The dining area, crockery and appliances were kept really clean and up to date. The outside area as an overspill if a bbq was wanted, had games and seating with lighting and tables to keep you entertained. Had a lovely and restful time, thanks to the host.」

「We stayed at Clopton Courtyard for my sister’s hen do, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of 18. The accommodation worked brilliantly, as we were split into smaller groups of 3 or 4, which gave everyone their own space while still feeling connected. The real highlight was the large outdoor undercover area, which became our communal hub for the weekend. It was ideal for bringing everyone together, whatever the weather, and made the whole experience feel really special.Everything...

「We really enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for our family of 4 and our plans. The reason for 4, rather than 5, stars was due to a couple of things. At night, there was no blind for the front door so no way for privacy - neighbours could look straight in. We cooked each night but there were no oven gloves (we would have been happy to bring some if we only knew). Your water gets amazingly hot and we felt some kind of warning is needed, especially when small children are staying. These things are...

「Lovely cottage in wonderful location」

「We loved our week at Pheasant. The barn had a lovely feel and the little swimming pool was just lovely. It is very remote and flat countryside but we found it very restful and loved seeing so many wild deer.」

「Great stay over Christmas. Great communication with the hosts. Clean and well equipped. Thank you so much for the stay. 」
