Gorgeous,cosy,warm little cottage with everything you need for a few days stay. Wonderful location.

Beautiful clean and cosy cottage, perfect location, especially for walking and for getting away from the hustle and bustle of every day life.Very peaceful and wonderful listening to the bird song & for enjoying wildlife.will definitely stay again.

Lovely quiet place and surroundings Comfortable inside Disappointed to find remains of food on dishes ,the overhead cooker hood was dirty and the bed frame was dusty. Lovely hideaway for a couple with a dog. Plenty of fences in garden to be secure. Our dog loved all the new smells and places to explore. For the humans it's an excellent place to relax and escape. This cottage was in an amazing setting, so quiet and peaceful.

This cottage was in an amazing setting, so quiet and peaceful. We did not want to leave. We did lots of walks directly from the cottage using our ordnance survey map. Good that it was dog friendly so can recommend to others with dogs. The cleanliness was excellent and made us feel safe during pandemic. Excellent WiFi. Owner came and introduced herself which was a lovely touch. All the facilities you require, it was like home from home. Used outside seating a lot which was very relaxing. 10 minute walk across fields to village where we visited one pub, Isaak Walton, and had a drink outside which was very friendly and Covid safe. Did not visit olde George inn as didn’t seem very inviting. We really lived drovers cottage and would highly recommend it. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Amazing location with near 360° of dwelling-free countryside to gaze on, walks from the front door, two good pubs within a short walk. Owners very welcoming, even though E.C.C. had slipped up and not sent through our very short-notice booking to them, and we had to be sent to the pub for 30 mins (what hardship(!)) while cottage was swiftly prepared. Cottage cosy, clean and well-equipped. Lacking only a decent shower (one attached to bath taps but no standing) Will certainly try and book this cottage again.

Drover's Cottage is away from other properties, there is no traffic noise, just the sound of bird-song. It is cosy, and perfect if you just want to relax. The village of East Meon has one shop and two pubs and there are plenty of walks in and around the village. There are a lot of narrow lanes, some with no passing places which can be a bit daunting. However, the towns of Chichester and Winchester are within easy reach if you require more than the village shop has to offer. All-in-all, Drover's Cottage is in an excellent location.
