「The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. 」

「Beautiful setting for our special celebration with the family. The staff were wonderful & responded to all requests efficiently and with a smile. We were provided with a separate room for our evening meal making it even more memorable.

「Although parts of the hotel are tired and need some tlc, the room was nice and clean. Lovely comfortable bed, the heater was fine, alot more controllable than most hotels. Staff were fab, gym and pool were really good. Although dinner was rather disappointing, expensive, small portions, in the restaurant, the buffet breakfast was fabulous. We felt for a few minor issues it was still great value for money and would definitely stay again, just not eat there at night ! 」

「Everything is in average. The hardware is definitely needed to be upgraded.
Staff were nice. If you have plan to dine in their restaurant, be prepared to be very patient for waiting, however food was nice.」
