“This property is spacious and well appointed, with a beautiful view of the hills above Heidelberg. A few things could be improved upon: firstly, when we arrived, our sheets and towels we had ordered months in advance were not there in the apartment. I called them and they said the sheets and towels would be there within an hour, but did not really have an explanation as to why they were not there to begin with. Secondly, communication with the host prior to the trip was only so-so. They……

“We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 boys ages 15 and 13) and we stayed 2 nights in the BoardingWorld Heidelberg in July 2026. Our stay was mixed good/bad. Let's start with the good: Heidelberg is charming and BoardingWorld is well located, with main attractions within walking distance. The room felt fairly spacious and comfortable and the building had charm. We had a shared balcony overlooking a pleasant backyard. The wifi worked well, the room had a kitchenette, and parking on the street……

“I stayed in Heidelberg for 6 days and this is a perfect location in between tourist and local areas. Easy to access via tram/train/bus, and supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is in classic homey design, clean and well equipped with basic cooking equipment, also a floor fan is provided.
The check-in instructions are very clear and easy, and I’m always greeted by friendly staff time to time.”
