Nines with pool for 6 in Petra

The NINES estate, located in a quiet rural area of the municipality of Petra, is a charming property with a total area of 7,000 m², ideal for those seeking peace, privacy and contact with nature.

It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, in a comfortable and spacious dwelling of 130 m², with clear views of the mountain.



The house has an independent gas kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, as well as a cosy fireplace, Wi-Fi connection, satellite television (Spanish, English and German) and air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden, a 30 m² terrace, a perfect barbecue area for outdoor meals and a private pool surrounded by nature. The property also offers outdoor parking with space for 3 vehicles.



An ideal accommodation for families or groups seeking tranquillity and nature in the heart of Mallorca.



In summer, it is normal to find mosquitoes, bees, wasps, spiders, and any type of insect that lives in this type of habitat. And in the hot months, these types of insects are even more frequent.



Bear in mind that if a house is rented in Mallorca, it is very likely that these inhabitants of nature will be encountered and one must understand that they are part of the environment.
