On the TV, you will have access to Paramount movies and Netflix. When entering and leaving the building, be sure to close the gates and the glass door, for your safety and that of the other residents. When leaving the apartment, leave the key in the safe and the remote control on the table. Please let us know when you are leaving. Our apartment is known for its peace and quiet, and we must not lose this characteristic by making excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors. Trash should be disposed of in the building's trash can, which is located on the outside of the building and can be accessed from the sidewalk. Do not open windows that do not have screens because of mosquitoes.

Access will be self check-in. The key will be in the safe at the entrance to the property. The control to open the garage door is inside the apartment. The garage is for one car, being a double garage for both apartments, when parking place your car close to the wall to allow the car of the guest in the other apartment to park.
