"I found it odd that being advertised as an International hotel that it was odd that wait staff in the restaurants were unable to understand even the most basic english. I would expect that at least 10% of the staff should be capable of simple communications with international visitors. "Property poorly maintained. Reception staff very rude as usual. No fridge unless ask for and need to bring from other room. .Aircon very noisy. Last stayed at this hotel was Nov 19 and with no glass door at shower causing the toilet requested as though there is nothing wrong with it"…""Property poorly maintained. "Hotel was very nice, staff was excellent, many did not speak English though, but very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Area is quite far away from most everything. 30 minutes from airport. Not a long walk to Metro,there you can get anywhere.
